FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • When can I pick up my order after it’s been placed online?
    After ordering, our customers can expect to pick up within 24-48 hours after payment is received unless paying upon pickup. We are open Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    If there is ever a mix up with an order, or something is forgotten or overcharged our customers can always come back with their receipt and either get their items exchanged or money refunded either in cash, back on the card used or onto a gift card.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    We do not currently ship any products from our stores. We like to have that face to face interaction between customer and employee with each pick up.
  • Are your products grass-fed and/or free-range?
    Beef: All of our steaks and roasts are locally sourced from Meyers Natural Angus. Chicken: Our chicken is locally sourced from Mountaire Farms. Pork: Locally sourced
